The Valkyries have never been seen much. All of that changed on the Bowler update, their rate of fire and damage has been increased significantly. Although their health has been returned to their original stats, they are transforming the battlefield through TH 8-11. Understanding how to use them is critical. The numbers may be changed and experimented with, but the idea remains the same, use earthquake spells to open the base, and pack as many rage spells and heal spells as possible.

Deploy 4 earthquake spells in the center to open base
Deploy the golems spread out on one side. If clan castle troops come out, deploy a poison spell as they attack the golems. Do not worry, golems are tough and will survive.
Release the wallbreakers, beware of wizard towers and mortars, as they will make short work of wallbreakers.
Releas the wizards to clean out outside buildings to direct the the Valkyries attack.
After that, release the Valkyries, If you have actually followed the previous steps, they should head for the town hall unless you are incredibly unlucky. Release the heroes and clan castle troops with the Valkyries. Extra bonus points if you play "Ride of the Valkyries" as you do this attack.
Place rage and heal spells as they approach the center.
