This strategy utilizes the sheer power of mass balloons, together with ground support to take out the archer towers and pesky air defence. Also, the balloon's splash damage easily takes out Clan Castle troops!

Choose a base with about level 3 to level 4 walls and easily accessible Archer Towers and Air Defense.
Wall breakers die easily, so distract defenses first by sending in about 5 Barbarians.
Deploy Wall breakers near walls that house Archer Towers and Air Defense.
Distribute 2/3 of the Barbarians equally among Archer Towers and Air Defense
Send in Archers to support the Barbarians.
Wait until Air defense is completely destroyed or at least half of the defenses capable of inflicting damage to balloons is destroyed.
Wreck havoc by deploying balloons at strategic spots (e.g. near ground based defenses or near partially destroyed Archer Towers)

Conclusion:
Actually, this strategy can be greatly improved by a few rage spells or higher level troops. However, this technique can be quite slow and expensive. Therefore, it is only suggested to use this against high loot bases or medium bases that Barch doesn't work well with.
