If CC troops come out, use a few Archers to kill them, if possible.
Deploy 1 Giant on the side closest to the Air Defense.
Now deploy the rest of the Giants. The Mortars and Wizard Towers should have locked for the original. This is so the rest of them aren't affected by them, making them almost temporarily useless. But the first Giant will die soon.
When the splash damage towers have locked for it, drop a Healing Spell.
Now release the rest of the Archers. They should cause some serious mayhem.
The Giants should have destroyed the Air Defense. Place a Healer and make sure the Archers are away from the area.
If the Giants get to critically low health, drop another Healing Spell.
Wait for the troops to annihilate the opponent's base!

This is a good strategy if you use it right. This one never failed me, even when the enemy had Hog Riders in their CC. I 3-starred their whole base anyway.
