First deploy one wizard to check for CC troops. If some appear, continue placing some to make sure all of them come out. If some appear, place 5 wizards to wipe them out.
Look where the Air Defenses are, and start there. First, if you have Iron Golems or Giants in your CC, deploy them to soak the damage. After that, spam 3/4 of your wizards there, and place one healer. The healer will probably be killed, so you may choose to use either the rage or heal spell instead.
After the Air Defense is destroyed, put down all your healers (unless there is another Air Defense. If there is, place half.) Then use the rest of your wizards to destroy buildings in corners and defenses on the edge of the walls, preferably splash defenses.
Finish off harder-to-destroy buildings with rage spells/heal spells (such as the Town Hall - were going for 100%, so it's just an obstruction).
The wizards may all die to just one or two, but that's the point. Now all the healers remaining concentrate only on those few troops, therefore promoting their chance of survival and using their fireballs to destroy the entire place.
Watch the wizards destroy the base.
As an added tip, because sometimes this can fail very badly, train a couple of minions (at least 15, because they dont do a lot of damage alone) to help finish off the other buildings. Also, balloons with a rage spell can easily destroy Air Defenses for you, just hope that they do target the Air Defense and not some other target.

So, this is one of the most time and elixir consuming strategies (except for P.E.K.K.A, Dragon, Witch, etc.) but also one of the most useful. If you were to use this in war, it is recommended to train a few giants or Iron Golems (or have them in the Clan Castle)to draw fire, as this plan can backfire. Good luck on the battlefield!
