Since you will be using a lot of Air Troops, deploy 1 Giant near the Air Defense.
Once the defenses have locked at the Giant, use your Wall Breakers. However, don't do this while a Mortar is firing as this will mow them all down. Don't do this after a Mortar or Wizard Tower has fired at the Giant either because every last bit of health counts. Timing is key.
Now use the other Giants by the opening. They should have no trouble because all the defences are going for that one Giant deployed at the beginning.
By now, you probably alerted the Clan Castle troops. Kill them with a Lightning Spell.
Drop a Healing Spell on the Giants. They probably lost quite a bit of health.
Now would be a good time to support them with Barbarians for extra damage.
Once the Air Defense is destroyed, send your Healer in range of the Giants.
Use your Balloons in groups of five, preferably near remaining Archer Towers. Keeping them in groups prevents all of them from being destroyed by a pair of Air Bombs.
Use Archers and Wizards for the exterior buildings.
Support them with five Goblins if they contain Loot.
Never deploy all of your troops near openings in the base that are already there. These are likely to be trapped and intentional. You could also set them off with 2 goblins as they are too fast for anything to happen. Then use the other troops and they will walk through a safe passageway.

I always use this strategy which always gives me 2-3 stars. It is expensive, though, so don't do this if you're farming.
