Hello everyone, I thought this attack was great in clan wars, as I got 3 stars. This attack can be very effective if used correctly, and is good for trophy hunting, or if you are looking for loot.
Army Composition:

Minimum Troop Housing Space Required: 200 Minimum Spell Housing Space Required: (not specified)
Barbarian King/Archer Queen can be used if available
Execution:

First, lure out clan castle troops with barbarian, use wizards to kill them
Drop down 2-3 wallbreakers to break the outer layer of the walls.
Next, you want to put your Pekkas where you dropped wallbreakers. Put all of your Wizards behind your Pekkas.
Drop the rest of your wallbreakers to destroy the rest of the walls and open the center of the base.
When the Pekkas near a Hidden Tesla, put down your healing spell.
When the Wizards are in the center of your base, put down your rage spell, to destroy the town hall.
Last step, watch your troops wreck the village

Conclusion:
I hope this attack strategy worked for you, I think this is a great 3 star war strategy. You can use this even on a max town hall 8. Although this attack can be expensive, I only used it when I was trophy pushing.
