Choose a side to attack. Preferably a side with the barbarian king, no air defense turrets or 2 air defense turrets.
Firstly, you will want to lure the clan castle troops out with a few barbarians to the edge of the map, where you will finish them off with a single wizard that will blast the clump to smithereens.
Deploy 20 to 30 barbarians and 2 to 3 giants as well as 2 wall breakers. These brave souls will destroy the layer of buildings outside of the walls and break through the first line for your army.
Send in your healers if there are no air defense turrets on that side. Dump in all your remaining giants, wizards plus most of your barbarians to fill in the gap you've made earlier. Spread 10 to 20 barbs around the side you are attacking to distract the defenses.
If you didn't deploy your healer, drop your healing spell with one corner touching your mass of troops and the opposite side aiming towards the center of the base. Whether or not you have sent in healer or used a healing spell, you need to drop a rage spell too. Drop the last healer if the air defense turrets are destroyed.
Your clan castle wizards can either be used to support your spearhead or to destroy the distracted defenses on an adjacent side of the base. Use your last rage spell and the healing spell if you haven't used it yet on your main forces.
By then, your wizards and giants as well as a few remaining barbarians should be in the middle of the base. By now, you should have two stars already. Watch as your army practically turns into a rolling firestorm/thunderstorm(depending on what level your wizards are).
(No execution notes)
Most of my battles with this army against level 7 or 8 town halls end up with either 50-60% and two stars or 100%. The decisive factor is whether you place your troops and spells accurately and precisely.
