The TAR strategy allows all air troops to make a full on assault. Thus allowing land defenses to fail against air troops, the 5 Wall Breakers are for your Barbarian King and Archer Queen, to prevent a stall if the all air troops die (Most likely because of collateral damage). Thus allowing The Barbarian King and Archer Queen flow freely with the air troops, destroying what they missed.

Drop all lightning Spells on top of strongest air defenses, if any lightning spells left over, drop them on another different one. Or drop lightning spells on the inferno tower.
send in all 25 minions in a line, this will distract the remaining air defenses. Be careful as air bombs are lethal to minions.
Send in a line of balloons to BEHIND THE MINION LINE as reinforce meant to destroy the air defenses. At this point, the Balloons will surpass the minions, and they will have little to none damage taken. (Depending on how many air bombs have been triggered).
Send in the dragons Behind the remainder of the minion and balloon line IMMEDIATELY, as they are important reinforcements and are crucial to the attack.
Then you put lava hounds behind the dragon line, and they will support the balloons. (You will only use this if you actually have Lava Hounds and 240 space)
After probably 10-30 seconds, send your BK and AQ last, along with the wall breakers, they will clean up what's left to the base.

There are different ways to use your lightning spells, but the order is crucial, the dragons must got afte the balloons, and the balloons must go after the minions because the minions are in a large group, thus distracting any air defenses. You could also use rage spells, but they will go after you launch your minions, balloons, and dragons, then you drop them wherever they need it most. Or you can bring freeze spells and delay air defenses. But anyway of setting up the spells will depend on what they are, which then you will have to tinker with the sequence, (add or subtract spells from the sequence).
