Bring 5 level 3 bowlers and a poison spell in your clan castle. Also train 2 baby dragons (the attack strategy template does not support it yet).

The most crucial part of this attack is creating the funnel correctly. You do not want your bowlers to walk around the outside of the base. Using the baby dragons, destroy trash buildings to create a path for your bowlers and giants to walk into. If they die, don't worry. As long as they create the funnel.
Once the funnel has been created, send all 12 giants and 4 healers to target a defense. They should be smashing a wall. Back them up with about 3-4 wizards to take out any remaining trash buildings.
When the trash buildings are destroyed, deploy your heroes and bowlers. Drop a rage on the giants to speed up the wall breaking process and boost their destructive powers. Make sure you drop the rage in a manner that the healers will fly into the spell to boost their healing power.
Drop the two poison spells on the clan castle troops.
Now all you have to do is watch your giants. If they get stuck on a wall or your healers are in danger of an air defense and it must be taken out, drop a rage spell.
Deploy the hog riders surgically on distracted defenses and heal them if necessary. Use the remaining wizards for clean up.
