Spread the Barbarians and Archers around 2 sides of a base, which ever is closest to the strongest and most splash damage defenses.
You want to get close to the Stronger Splash Damage defenses so that the Giants get to them, and take them out the fastest. Drop one or two of your Giants, to maybe attract the attention of nearby defenses. Afterwards, drop some Wall Breakers.Then Release the rest of your Giants.
(OPTIONAL) I'd recommend having a Barbarian King at this point. Usually when the Giants get into the 2nd layer of the base, Drop the BK after any surrounding buildings are picked off by Barbs and Archers. When the BK catches up to giants, drop a healing spell if you're carrying one.
Drop the Wizards when the heat on the outside is off, and a path to the next couple of the bases are available. If you're packing a Rage spell, which is completely optional, drop it when the Wizards are near the Giants. They will be the biggest damage factors, likely, tanking through.
Release any more troops where ever they are needed, and let everything play out.

I can't exactly guarantee a solid 3-Star. I am Town Hall 7, and 2-Star every time. Spells are optional, but I suggest using maybe one healing spell. A win usually depends on the base, as I normally use this to get some quick loot.
