WAGG is a very common strategy that is used very often at lower th levels(th4-5) for raiding vault farming bases but it is not often used in the higher th levels because you often can only get one storage if they are well seperated. However, WAGG has superior core penetration power which we use to our advantage by focusing the entire army on one storage.
Army Composition:

Minimum Troop Housing Space Required: 200 Minimum Spell Housing Space Required: (not specified)
Find a base with over 500 DE if you are th7, or else 1000 DE if you are th8.
Check for cc troops with barbs.
Lure cc to the corner of the map and kill with a circle of archers.
Find the side the DE storage is closest to, and place all giants.
Follow up with a pair of WBs for each layer of walls.
Deploy archers in a wide line to clear up resource collectors.
When a clear path to the DE storage has been made, drop 20-30 goblins.
Place a heal on them.
If the heal was placed correctly, the goblins will not die because they have enough hp to survive a mortar/WT hit. However, if they die from 2 simultaneous hits, deploy the rest of the goblins and a heal.
If they have a truckload of DE, deploy the rage and the heal.
Enjoy the loot, but be warned that you will often not get even a single star with this strategy.

Conclusion:
NOTE: It is not hard to destroy core DE storages with WAGG, but definetely do not attack a higher th than you due to lack of goblin hp.
