First, deploy your giant in an area you want to start off the attack, to distract all the defences in the target area. You can use 1 or 2 giants for this. nothing else.
When the main defences such as mortars, wiz towers, archer towers and cannons target the giants, you can come really close really fast by deploying your hog riders. make sure not to deploy them all at once, because a giant bomb might take them all out in one hit. Also make sure all dangerous defences are distracted by a giant.
deploy the rest of your giants with a healer to keep them alive, and if not yet destroyed, use a minion to distract the air defence for a little while. If they die out too quickly, use a heal or rage spell on them, but if that is unnecessary, save it for later.
Make sure that when the air defences are busy with minions, you deploy your dragons. they are so powerful that at that level only air defence is really a threat to them. After the air defence is down, deploy your balloons. If any defence is still a big threat at this point, deploy your lightning spell on it to weaken it.
Deploy your barbarians, some wizards and archers in a group when all the splash damage defences (Mortars and wiz towers) have been destroyed. If they haven't, deploy them further from each other and let them close in on the center. If your rage and heal spells are still unused, deploy them on the group op barbarians, wizards and archers when it's most effective.
Now deploy all your leftover troops (Probably just the wizards, maybe some minions or barbarians)
If they're still alive after all defences are down, leave them to get 100%
If the troops have died out, use your lightning spell on an almost broken building, or a loot container, just for the extra percentage or loot.

From my experience, this attack is a guaranteed 1 star, as long as the base doesn't have any X-bows, Inferno towers or any of these defences. the only problem might be clan castle troops or teslas, but you could take these out with the lightning.
