What is the strongest troop there is in Clash? I'm talking about completely maxed out. Some say it's P.E.K.K.A. with her heavy armor and powerful sword. Some say it's the Hog Rider with it's high health, high damage stats, and it's ability to jump over walls. And yet others say that it's the Balloon with heavy bombs, flight, and immunity to certain defences. But don't forget the Wizard with heavy arcane blasts that target air and ground units.
