elder/ leaders chat and war chat

I think supercell should make a special set of clan chats: one to be used during clan wars for war-related stuff only. There should be another clan chat for elders+ or co-leaders+ to be able to discuss important plans without getting the entire clan involved. This way, the leaders can make the decision without the pressure and/or annoyance of the members.
